In 1980, Dr. Williams completed his undergraduate studies in exercise physiology at the University of Texas in Austin. Then, in 1989, he received his doctor of podiatric medicine (DPM) from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco. Shortly thereafter, he did his podiatric surgical residency at the Veterans Administration Medical Center in San Francisco.

As a practicing professional, Dr. Williams excels at performing minimally invasive foot surgery that involves smaller incision techniques, shorter operative times, and quicker healing. He treats a variety of foot problems routinely, including bunions, plantar fasciitis, and diabetic feet. Dr. Williams thrives when working closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their needs.
